FlockShape is unique in its set of features, simple user interface, and rapid characterisation process, from the sample preparation to the printed certificate.

FlockShape allows you to correctly measure sizes, shapes and orientation of flock fibers. The FlockShape measurement system consists of  a computer, an appropriate high resolution scanner or a dia film scanner and the FibreShape software package.

The measurement size ranges from 10 µm- 100 µm in fibre width to 30 µm - 5 cm in fibre lenght.
