Specifications

The right hardware is a requirement for a good image analysis with DiaShape. DiaShape is combined with different types of scanners or microscopes.
See below different DiaShape systems:

 

  1) DiaShape M: combined with a medium format scanner. It offers a large contact area with high resolution. The measurement size ranges from 20 µm to 5 mm in grain size. It enables also to measure grit sizes >2 µm using an appropriate light microscope.

2) DiaShape  D: combined with a small film high resolution  scanner. It charcterizes grits range from 15 µm to 1 mm in grain size. It enables also to measure grit sizes >2 µm using an appropriate light microscope and DiaShape PRO.
